Payment, Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Returns

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to ten business days for delivery of most in-stock items. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. You will be notified promptly of any delay. We do not ship to PO Box.

Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday by UPS (with track and trace) or by Swiss Post (without track and trace)

UPS makes up to 3 delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays, after each attempt a message will be left with the estimated time of the next attempt.
It is your own responsibilty to make sure that there will be some one to accept the package in these 3 attempts.
After 3 delivery attempts the package will be returned by UPS to Cooler Master
Reshipment charges apply for orders returned for non-delivery.

Swiss Post non traceable freight is an extra service which is much more attractive for small, light weight and cheaper products/parts, delivery times thru Europe vary from 1-4 weeks depending on country.
Use of non-traceable shipping is at customer's own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent.

Payment Methods:

You need to pay for your order before shipment. 
You can choose between PayPal, Credit card (Thru PayPal Express Checkout) or with a bank transfer.

Once you have placed your order and paid for it the order status will be awaiting payment until Cooler Master has verified the payment.
Only after varifcation the status will be changed, this might take some time.

If your order has not been paid within 3 weeks the order will be deleted.

If you pay by Pay Pal, please ensure your account has a confirmed shipping address to ensure fast processing.
How to confirm a shipping address

International Shipments:

Recipients are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in that country, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Some oversized items cannot be shipped directly to all International addresses.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight or volume weight (whichever is higher) of the order and its destination. To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. Enter the billing and shipping address information and proceed to the Review Order step. Here you can review your order with the shipping and handling charges added before payment. Click the "Return to Shipping" button to change your shipping and/or billing address. Your order is not final until you have chosen a payment method and selected continue

Oversize Items:

Oversize items require additional charges for shipping & handling, express delivery, and international delivery will be added to the basic shipping rates.

Shipping, Title and Risk of Loss

Shipping, handling, and insurance are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Cooler Master highly recommended the shipping of all Cooler Master orders to be insured by the carrier. Damages occurred during shipping must file claim through carrier by consumer. The consumer must notify Cooler Master of damaged or missing items from his/her order within two (2) business days after the consumer receive his/her product.

Return Policy

Cooler Master takes great pride in the quality of the products that we sell and, as a direct result, offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all Cooler Master products still in its/their original sealed packaging. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Also, a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee may be deducted from your refund or credit if the product is opened. To return merchandise, the consumer must obtain a RMA number. The consumer must ship the merchandise within ten (10) business days of receiving his/her RMA number. Moreover, the consumer must also return the merchandise to Cooler Master in its/their original packaging, in as-new condition along with all documentation that were included in the original shipment. Customer is required to cover shipping for returns. (excludes items shipped incorrectly by Cooler Master)
